I have a mild case of PCOS apparently my blood work does not show an insulin intolerance but I do have a dermoid cyst on my left ovary that is about 3 cm and I am now in the process of waiting to see if it has changed in the last month in order to determine whether it needs to be removed. I am also trying to get pregnant (for the past nine months). I have a thyroid problem and am on medication for it but I also have a tremor (anyone else have this) it is pretty mild but really annoying. I don't know for certain whether it is realted to all of this or not. I also have these periods when I just feel super spacey and out of it. I get very tired and feel like I can't keep my eyes open. I have been watching my carbs because I keep hearing that it helps to regulate your cycles (mine are very irregular). Over the years I have had this condition checked out and my bloodwork etc. always comes back normal. The problem is that I DO NOT FEEL NORMAL. Anyone else feel this way????? Help.
