Just an FYI, got my April 2000 issue of HEALTH magazine (find @ grocery stores, book stores, drug stores, etc)& they have a really great article regarding PCOS. It's got really great foundational information & may be very informative for people who've just found out they have PCOS & don't really know what's out there. They cover everything from symptoms, case studies, medication (met & rezulin) diet (Atkins, Zone,etc). It's very well written & from what I've learned so far, the article seemed quite accurate. Strongly recommend for all (even though it may be a bit elementary for some of the people who've been dealing with this for years. Hope you enjoy!!
