Kimberly,

I know of an awesome breakfast drink. I take a soy based nutrional supplement that makes an excellent breakfast drink. It is low in carbs and gives you all the nutrition you need-especially on a low carb diet. I have had many good results from it-more energy, symptoms of my hypoglycemia are gone. If you would like info feel free to e-mail me. >
