Hi. I have PCOS. My cycle is very long and irregular (when I'm not on bcp)and when I get a "period" (literally one spot of blood and then about 2 full days later I'll have extremely light spotting (I really don't even need a light day pad)...occasionally I'll have a cycle where after the initial spot and 48 hours I'll have very very light "flow" but mostly it never even progesses to that. Is that considered a period? Do other PCO women have a similar cycle ?...or is this unrelated to PCO? Thanks in advance for sharing. I have an appt. with a specialist in May.
