jamie, i am 31 and also just diagnosed (in feb.) i went to a new ob/gyn and when i told him my history (very similar to yours) he right away said he was pretty sure when he did all the blood work it would say pcos and sure enough it did.a lot of people on here have had a hard time getting diagnosed but i feel like i was fortunate, your symptoms seem classic and if you don't find a dr. that is knowledgeable about pcos (i would ask on the phone 1st rather than waste your time and $$)i would keep looking until i found one who did. alot of women on here see reproductive endocrinologists, since it is an endocrine gland problem. at the moment my dr. is addressing the infertility issue w/me and put me on clomid right away (i have a 9 yr. old and have tried since then to conceive again) he said after the baby, which he is extremely confident there will be, thank god, he will get busy addressing the other issues. so in a nutshell, just keep looking and reading this board, there are alot of women on here who really know alot about pcos and have really helped me find alot of good information. i am going to try to give you a link i found on here, not sure if it'll go through, if not just put it in the address bar http://www.ivf-et.com/pcosstate.html good luck!
