I've been drinking a brand called "Sci-fit". (It's called Whey Protein or Whey Protein Plus (has vitamins).) You can get it in big jugs/buckets or in individual bottles with a double serving. (I grab the doubles if I'm in a hurry or want a flavor other than my bucket.) It really tastes fairly decent even mixed with water.

A regular serving has: 114 calories 1.5g fat (1g Saturated) 15mg cholesterol 55mg Sodium 3g carbs (1.5g sugar) 22g protein (Double those for the double serving, obviously)

I can't have aspertame, so the flavors I get are aspertame free. My big jug is "Ice Cream Chocolate", but the individual ones come in flavors like banana (good), peach sherbert (not so good), chocolate/strawberry (very good), cocoanut cream pie (okay)... The bigger ones may come in flavors, too... I just got the chocolate because, well, for obvious reasons *grin*.

I get mine from a place in Indianapolis called Cutting Edge Nutrition. I don't know if they do mail order, but I bet they would. The owners names are Bob and Monique. They're really nice and genuinely concerned about whether you like something and what will work for you. (When I go in, Bob always has me taste whatever it is I'm thinking about getting.) Here's their info:

Cutting Edge Nutrition 8282 Center Run Drive Indianapolis, IN 46250 (317)585-0605

Hope that helps. Holly
