Hi! I too have pelvic pain on the right side. Mine seems to start mid-cycle and ends a few days after my period starts. I am currently working with my R.E. to do an u/s when the pain starts to peak. She wants to follow me for a few months to see what is exactly happening. I am going through all this time and trouble as my reg. gyn wants to take out the right ovary and tube, thereby getting rid of the pain. Right now I am pain free - but that should change by the end of next week. I really can feel for you. At times the pain can be unbearable! Do you have a good doc? Have you had any u/s while you are having the pain? I know that sometimes when you ovulate it can cause some pain, as well as having cysts. Also sometimes the cysts can rupture, causing extreme pain that then subsides over time. I have this happen to me maybe once or twice a year. There are many possible explanations for your pain. Maybe you could discuss it with your doc and get an u/s. Hang in there, I'm with you. E-mail me directly if you'd like. Kim M. P.S. Belle if you read this I'm making progress. Thanks for your reply on the PCOSA site. I'll know more after a few u/s.
