I'm a little frustrated right now so please bare with me. I just received a letter in the mail from my doctor saying my glucose levels were in range. She didn't say what they were but I will find out on Monday. I know I have PCOS. I have a lot of the symptoms but just can't seem to get any help yet. Please explain why do we do a glucose test at all if it is the insulin that needs to be tested? If you have to test the glucose to test the insulin why don't they mention that? Should we all be telling our doctors it is insulin we want to find out about? Can you tell anything at all on the glucose test if you are insulin resistant. Do I need to go back and say I want the test done to check my insulin?
