-- I believe that quite a few of us have experienced ovary pain. I would however suggest that you ask your dr about it, it could be something else and you need to find out. I think the PCOS causes the weight gain. I gained 40 lbs in 2 months and at the same exact time is when a few of the other symptoms started showing up. I really don't think you can gain that kind of weight and it be normal, do you know what I mean? I am even bigger now and I was overweight before that kind of weight gain (but I was technically looked like a heavyweight female bodybuilder at 160 lbs, don't you this was devastating to me?) Anyway, now I am well over 200 and I can't seem to keep it down it just goes higher and higher. I do have to say that the more weight I gain the more symptoms I develop. So maybe that's why you think that? If insulin resistance is such a big part of this then that's what you should look into to fix. I hope this has helped a little bit. Amy PS I have ovary pain as well (mostly on the left) and the drs tell me they think I have endometriosis, so that's why I said you should ask your drs about it.
