A few definitions of abbreviations usedFrom: Kristy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 17 Mar 2000 04:24:51 -0800 (PST)
Gaye, I hope that you don't mind my taking the time to define the abbreviations that you have asked about. RE-Reproductive Endocrinologist (one who specializes in treating female infertility as a results of various disorders and diseases such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and endometriosis) AF-Aunt Flow (another way of saying menstrual period) IR-Insulin Resistant BCP-Birth Control Pill TTC-Trying to conceive DH-Dear Husband There are more but I can't think of them all right now. I hope that this is of some help. Feel free to e-mail me any time. Kristy :) Jacksonville, FL == http://www.geocities.com/HotSprings/Falls/4659/kristyspage.html It's the little things that count: candy, flowers, finding an ob/gyn who will listen, and finding a cure for endometriosis, vulvodynia, and polycystic ovarian syndrome.
