I am in the Atlanta area so I am not much help. You should not have much difference in care since you are going through menopause since research has determined that insulin sensitizing drugs have been helpful for our symptoms. I know that saying it does not make it so, but we can hope.

I do not know how far they are from you but I did notice that the first on had a web site. You may be able to write and ask if they had a collegue in your area that they would recommend for the treatment of your PCOS.
