I was able to figure the first one out. :-) When I tried to reply, the information all came out in nice columns and was very easy to read. Go figure!

The ratio is just like any math problem, so hour 1 would be 119:29.6 or a ratio of 4:1 or 4 to 1. Different endo use different cut off points but I have heard a 2.5:1 ratio used often in determining insulin resistance. I have done the math on you already. You will need to talk to your dr. and find out what he plans to do for your PCOS.
