It would really be nice >to find out why I have had these problems. angela, yes there are some pcosers who do not have cysts on their ovaries. my dr. said you can have 1 or all the symptoms. there are no exact symptoms for pcos. as you can tell by reading these posts, alot of us share the same symptoms but some people have some symptoms others don't. i don't have diabetes nor do i have cysts but almost every other symptom i do have. from the symptoms you wrote about, i would definitely say you have pcos. as for the diabetes, as i said i don't have it YET but i think alot of pcosers eventually get it so it may just be lurking in you and i just waiting to hop on us. it is my understanding that w/ the proper meds (such as metformin) we can keep it at bay and i have been told you do not have to be diabetic to take metformin. it also helps alot of women with weight loss and regulating their cycles and several on here have gotten preg. since being regulated on the metformin. thank god you have a beautiful new baby, i have a 9 yr. old and am on clomid now and my dr. is convinced i'll be preg. within 6 mo. good luck and God bless
