help for my grand daughter

Hello everyone,
My grand daughter is 8 y/o and has a abundance of hair on her legs and
arms as well as her abdomen. She is starting to have facial breakout
and weight gain.
Any thoughts you could share with me and her mom?
I never thought I would be writing to one of the forums for help for my
family. It's nice to have a place like this.
