I was on Cyclessa for almost a year and then when my doc found an ovarian cyst, she switched me to Microgestin to shrink it. The first month I was on it, I didn't get my period. The pharmacist told me that sometimes you can miss a period when you switch pills. I'm hoping this is the case... do I have to wait until the end of the month to take a pregnancy test?
