Three days ago I developed bacterial laryngitis and was put on Amoxicillin. My doctor says I can take both together, but the metformin insert states that if there is an infection the patient must stop taking it. So, which is it? Can I keep on taking the met and the amoxicillin or do I have to stop the met??? Thank you for your time.
