I have a friend without pcos who wore a bandana over her hair for pretty
much every day for a year and she expirienced alot of problems with her
hair (she was about 17) especially with some of it falling out more
rapidly..your hair needs sunlight once in a while, and it's better to
change the position the folicles are going. It's ok to wear bandanas
over it when you go out, but if you're at work all day, switch it up and
do something different with it the next day, and let it down and free
when you're at home if you can stand it. It needs a break.
