side effect of pillsFrom: mel (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 28 Aug 2003 07:04:53 -0500 (CDT)
Hi, Im 26 yrs. old and 3yrs married I have a PCOS or polycystic ovary syndrome my oby-gyne give me a pills the brand name is gynera pills thatwas before when I was 20 yrs. old but after taking 7 tablets of pills I feel this following symptoms: 1. Abdominal pains (severe) 2.Chest pain or shortness of breath 3.Headaches (severe) 4.Eye problems, such as blurred vision 5.Severe leg or arm pain or numbness Since then I have a phobia with pills because until now sometimes I feel the same attack and they rush me to the hospitals thats why I bought my own oxygen for my first aid. And now I have a new oby-gyne and she want me to give again a pills the brand name is diane-35 pills because she says that this is good for pcos, and she told me that I have a very high estrogen and non-progestin thats why I research about progestin pills only and I found out the mini-pills and I think this is much better to me but how can I take pills if I found a danger sign again? Please help me, what will I do? Hoping for your immediate response with regards to my problem. Thanks
-- Mel
