Any antibiotic is likely to do two things: 1. make you more likely to get a yeast infection (take acidopholous pills while you're on antibiotics and for a few days after, or insert them directly vaginally) and 2. will likely make your birth control ineffective, depends on the person not the type of antibiotic, so use condoms until after your next period.
