The first cycle I didn't ovulate. I just found out that I have 2 follicles developing. The ultrasound nurse told me that one is a "1" and one is a "7". I'm guess that means one is bigger than the other. Does anyone know if both could end up being the same size, one catching up with the other? Our dr. said to have intercourse tomorrow and see him again Sat. How soon can they tell if you're pregnant (via bloodwork or ultrasounds)? Thanks!
