Nicky, Thats for filling me in on how you take your 3,000mg. I am inspired now to take my full dosage. I took 1,000 this morning as usual, abut instead of skipping my lunch dosage, I took it. Instead of taking it in the middle of the meal as I would usually do, I took it 30 mintues after. I feel ok and am hoping I will feel well enough to take my evening dose as well. I can remember back to how hard taking 500mg per day used to be for me (years ago). I can only imagine that if my doctor says 3,000, he knows what he is talking about. I am going to do it. Thanks so much for your encouragement. Helen
