Nicky, This is unrelated to your posting, but I am curious. How do you feel at the 3000mg dose? I have a really hard time with 2500mg, the 500 I take with lunch always makes me feel sick. May I ask what you eat/ how much you each with your doses and how much you take at time? My doctor wants me to take 2500, or 3000 if I can take it, but I am not sure that I can. More info from you would be great. Thanks. Helen
