He was taking 2 times daily 280 cc units of insulin. He went to see an endocrinologist and they put him on 4 mg of Avandia and I think 1500 of Glucophage. He has went down to 87 cc units of insulin once a day and lost 12lbs. I have PCOS but no hair which really stumps them. Is anyone else taking this combination of drugs?
