Hi Sally....

I don't know anything about the Babyliss Epiliss hair removal machine. Perhaps it's a vast improvement from the EPILADY that I thought would be so great (this was somewhere around 10 years ago.) My husband had bought it for me for Christmas. Being a "personal" item, it was non-retunable. It was also rather expensive on our budget....I think about $60 or so. The hair on my legs (this was also before spironolactone, which seems to have thinned my leg hair) was very coarse and grew two per follicle. Using the Epilady was an experience much like ripping an entire forest out of the earth, roots and all.....NOT PLEASANT!!! Needless to say, I never used it again. The place where I had tried it ended up with ingrown hairs too. My husband was very mad at me for "wasting money" and not using it anymore. Oh well......

I'd be interested if anyone tries this new product and can give us a comparison to what "the torture device" Epilady was like.

Hugs

Shelley

Hi all! Does anyone have any experience of the Babyliss Epiliss hair removal machine. I have been told it is good but know nothing about it and would prefer an alternative to daily plucking! Does it lead to permanent hair removal? What is the hair regrowth rate - is it anymore effective than plucking? Any advise on this or similar products would be greatly appreciated! Thanks girls!
