Hi there:) My name is Carol Schneider, and I was just diagnosed with PCOS 2 weeks ago. It explains a lot-I've had severe weight gain, and 5 miscarriages over the last 3 years. I used to think I had done something to cause those miscarriages-its been a release to know I did not.

The specialist I see, just put me on Metformin, at 1,000 mgs a day. It hurts my stomach. It causes me to have loose bowels-nausia-tired-sometimes headache too. Does this happen to anyone else out there? If so-how to you get around it? The stomach pain and the nausia are awful.

Nice to meet you all!

Carol.
