After viewing many of the messages here and then looking up suggested meds dealing with the symptoms, ie, Spiro, Actos and Metformin, the side effects are overwhelming. I am also perimenopausal and deal with depression. I have been taking St John's Wort to combat the depression and it helps me to cope with the hormones a bit easier.
