PCOS is being commonly diagnosed nowadays by routine USG for infrequent menses in teenagers. Is it a must to do LH/FSH, Fasting Insulin etc to confirm the diagnosis? What shd. be the treatment for her oligomenorrhoea, hirsuitism & for how long?
