Hello!

I just wanted to share with everyone that I have used Vitex for many months now with excellent results! I have been irregular for 10 years, often skipping 3 or 4 monhts at a time. My ObGyn always just had me take the 12 day rounds of Progesterone (which I HATED- horrible side effects that just got to be too much to deal with). I decided to take matters into my own hands and had heard so much about Vitex/Chasteberry. I began taking it in tincture form (my personal favorite way to take herbs as I find them to be more effective). I took Gaia's Vitex for Women tincture which along with Vitex contains other female reproductive supporting herbs such as Red Raspberry, Partridge Berry, Black Haw Root etc.....After taking for 2 months, me periods returned to normal and I became pregnant within 6 months! I am so thankful for Vitex and after having a beautiful baby girl, my ObGyn has gotten a huge earful about this stuff and is even starting to recommend it in her practice as an alternative medication.

If anyone would like any more specific info, please email me and let me know! I highly recommend Vitex and how yet to date found zero side effects.

Sincerely, ~Kelly Leveron-Cornell kelly@leveron.com
