I do eats fruits and veges. I read that the more you eat raw the more vitamins you get. I use olive oil on my salad and when I fry an egg. If you are able to purchase a geroge forman grill, they are wonderful for cooking meat on. You can by a lean steak and when you get done cooking it, you wouldn't believe all the fat that comes off. You can buy a small grill at a walmart for 20 dollars. Lots of green veges are good also. I have just kinda made up my own diet of these things. No particular diet plan. Tammy

Subject: Fiber?
Tammy, I meant to ask you... What are you doing for fiber on your low
carb diet? Do you include servings of fruit and veggies? Also, do you
include unsaturated fats? Thanks a lot. Patti

I contribute my progress to all of the above. I still shed about 10-20 hairs a day, but that is a big change fromm over 100+. Losing weight does help. I have lost 20lbs and feel so much better. I try to stick to a low calorie low carb diet. I have been told that the lower your weight, the better the insulin works in your body. I was at 180 and now down to 160-61. I feel better. This is what has worked for me. If you are interested in the herbs, the lady that has really helped me is herbs46@hotmail.com. She will suggest what to take for your symptoms. I really believe in what she says. Good luck tammy

>Patti, i just read your e-mail. I am on Yasmin, I have been now for over a year, i tried probably 5 different birth controls before I found it, or it came out. I love it. It works the best with my periods. I would highly recommend it!!!! As for the insluin meds. I wouldn't get on them unless you find your sugar is out of wack, but I couldn't take Metaformin so I started on Avandia, it is better on your stomach, but whatever your doctor thinks, doesn't this condition suck?
