Thank you, Tammy. I'm definitly interested in the herbs. I'd like to
try to relieve these symptoms as naturally as possible. If you've lost
weight on a low-carb diet, I'll try it. 20 lbs. is so awesome!! I am
at about 188 now with my highest at 194. But I can lose or gain six or
seven pounds in a day or two - it's always been like that. (Well, now
it's harder to lose.) Have you tried saw palmetto? I understand that
this helps balance hormones. I already take 800 I.U. of vit E, as well
as calcium, C, a multi, etc... I definitly will look into the ones you
suggest. Have you noticed other symptoms subsiding?
Thanks again, Tammy!

I contribute my progress to all of the above. I still shed about 10-20 hairs a day, but that is a big change fromm over 100+. Losing weight does help. I have lost 20lbs and feel so much better. I try to stick to a low calorie low carb diet. I have been told that the lower your weight, the better the insulin works in your body. I was at 180 and now down to 160-61. I feel better. This is what has worked for me. If you are interested in the herbs, the lady that has really helped me is herbs46@hotmail.com. She will suggest what to take for your symptoms. I really believe in what she says. Good luck tammy

It works the best with my periods. I would highly recommend it!!!! As for the insluin meds. I wouldn't get on them unless you find your sugar is out of wack, but I couldn't take Metaformin so I started on Avandia, it is better on your stomach, but whatever your doctor thinks, doesn't this condition suck?
