-- I would recommend B5 to anyone and everyone. I am 29 and have delt w/ acne for most of my 20's. I have tried everything over the counter, most perscriptions, I've spent tons of $$ on online products. Nothing has worked but B5. I noticed a difference w/in 2 weeks. Check out http://b5foracne.vze.com, www.b5supplements.com, and http://gmuntz.tripod.com/b5.html for sure.... You can't use just bcomplex it won't work. You have to take B5(aka Pantothenic acid) 10gms a day which is about 20 pills a day for the 1st 2 months. I know it sounds like alot, trust me it works. After 2 months you lower the dose to 3-5 gms a day. GOOD LUCK:)
