Hi Staci,

A bleedin longer than 7 days is no period, it's a medical problem. To treat it reasonably you should have either an endometrial biopsy or at least an ultrasound to establish the thickness of endometrium. The treatment goes accordingly. To prescribe pill blindly is no sound medicine.
