Hi Dr Sam I have a question that I would like help with I was told in january that I have POCS but in the last 3-4 weeks every morning I am woken up as I need to be sick (and am sick) I don't feel unwell I feel quite good actually except being really tired all the time i am only 21. I am not on any medication for the POCS yet as my Dr wants me to go for another ultrasound before putting me on anything as I am not so good with certain kinds of pills.
