Last week I had a day of the same, it was like day one again, then it went away. (could even have been a stomach bug, or course, but it sure felt like day one on the met.) Other than that, it has been fine, unless I eat something sugary, like ice cream or cake, then I get an immediate case of looseness, but it only seems to last until that is out of my system. I am like you though, weight is coming off (13 lbs since the met!) I was on weight watchers and exercise already, but had only lost 6 lbs in 11 weeks, so I am seeing a good increase in the weight loss with the met, about twice as fast.
