------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've done a lot of research on Natural Progesterone and after that I'll ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- say that it doesn't directly help with the infertility but when used for

a few months it considerably balances the hormones which can make us
more fertile .

Now in your case , if you are ttc and are sure when you ovulated it is perfectly safe to start applying the prog. cream from 3rd or 4th day past ovulation . You can have a blood work done after 7DPO to see if you are preg., 1)if yes then keep using the cream till the end of first trimister (natural prog. is proved to prevent early m/c significantly) 2)if you are sure that no pregnancy has occured stop the cream 5 / 7 days before your next expected period and the bleeding will start during that period .

One thing is important to remember that as soon as you stop using the cream period will show up in 6 / 7 days , so be very very sure that you are not pregnant before stopping .

Even if you don't ovulate you can apply the cream for 10 / 14 days then stop and wait for the bleeding to start . Your gyn. might prescribe you Provera (which contains Progestin-a synthetic hormone & not Progesterone-a natural substance in our body)to induce bleeding , but natural prog. cream is much better and safer that Provera .

Hope this helps . If you need more info. on Natural Prog. drop me a message , I'll be happy to let you know the benefits of the natural remedies.
