I'm hardly ever hungry .I have to force myself to eat at night.I just drank a glass of milk right now (8PM est) to take my last 2 metformins.Now that I'm up to 2000mg a day.The nausea is the pits.Smelling food makes me neaseous.(I'm used to that reaction my Tegretol I took for 10 yrs for Epilepsy did the same thing)I just cook for my dh and Ds.I find something to eat so I can take my meds.If it gets too bad I take Pepto. I feel better though since he increased it.I know the symptoms of high insulin now.I was tired/sluggish,moody and craving sugar constantly.The sugar cravings gone.I have myu energy back.Good thing we are moving next weekend.I'm doing the last pack and cleaning here.My AF should be end of the week just in time for moving day.I can't get used to knowing the date so closely.It used to be every 6 months.:)Then planned with Provera.
