LOCAL SUPPORT: TX, CA, OH, FL, GAFrom: Sonnet (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 19 Jun 2003 17:19:34 -0500 (CDT)
TEXAS (Houston) The next PCOSA meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 24 at 7:00pm. I am very excited and pleased that Dr. Barbara Fogiel, M.D. and Laura Mendez, RNP-C will be speaking at our next meeting. Dr. Fogiel is originally from San Antonio and trained in New York. Ms. Mendez trained in Dallas at U.T. Southwestern. This is a great opportunity to get your questions answered. I will follow up with an additional email with more information on their presentation later. After the presentation we will have a "gripe" session. I know a few of us, including me, are having a few problems and are needing the support of our group. The meeting will be at 9055 Katy Freeway, Suite 450, Houston, TX 77042. Please RSVP to me if you will be attending. Again this will be a great opportunity for all of us to meet another doctor who is supportive of PCOS and hear what she has to say. -Jennifer Massey houston@pcosupport.org CALIFORNIA (SF Bay Area) Unfortunately, the family potluck BBQ scheduled for June 8th received very little interest.
