Re: Dr Sam - SHBGFrom: Lara (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 18 Jun 2003 06:23:02 -0500 (CDT)
Dear Dr Sam The Testosterone is 1.5 nmol/L (normal range 0.2 - 2.86) so this is normal. The SHBG is 135 nmol/L (normal range 20-110) ao this is slightly above The Testosterone / SHBG ratio is 1.1 (normal range is 0 - 4.0) so this is normal All other hormones (eg LH, FSH, prolactin, etc) are normal So only the SHBG is slightly above normal Is it ok to conceive with this ? will there be any risks of anything ? Thanks Lara
