Hi, I have pcos, slim and not insuline resistent. I'm struggling with the typical symptoms irregular/absent period, acne, hairloss, xs hair, fatigue, moodswings and swollen tummy. I'm not trying to conceive, just looking for ways to cope. Have been diagnosed 11 years ago. I took Diane 35 for 7 years but stopped when it caused terrible nausea. Tried Yasmin and Mircette after that, but with these bcp's I was sick to my stomach as well. My endo prescribed Proscar (finasteride) and that has helped tremendously with the hairloss but not for my other symptoms. I knwo there are some more meds out there: Gluco, Met, Spiro, Aldactone, Actos, Avandia, Androcur, Saw Palmetto and lots of natural stuff (primrose, zinc, vitex, etc...).
