If you want to try to conceive in the fall, it's not early to start now. I'm also a bit of a hypochondriac, but once I started taking the met, all my fears went away. As long as you take it with food, it's going to be ok. Oh, and to avoid Lactic Acidosis, you need to drink plenty of pure water every day (at least 10 glasses). And make sure your doctor checks your kidney every 30-45 days.

Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!
