Karen-- My RE told me that there's a risk of developing more DVTs even with provera, so other than controlling your insulin levels (the root of PCO), there's nothing else you can do. Do your research and talk to your RE about an insulin sensitizer--when your insulin levels come down, it's likely that your cycles will fall back in to place and none of the insulin sensitizers are dangerous to those of us with clotting disorders.
