Hi Shante, My name is Theresa and I was diagnosed with PCOS back in 1997. I also was on Glucophage 500mg and was plagued with illness. Last Year my Dr. switched me to Glucophage XR and I questioned her about nausea her response was to eat protein and this has helped me. I strongly recommend a book my sister told me about called "Living with PCOS". I'm sorry but I can't remember the author but this book helped me alot. I hope this has helped you some. God Bless.
