I have been on this drug for a few years now. It does take about 6 months or so to notice the difference but for me it has worked wonders. Some of my side effects were that when I first started taking it I became dizzy. (fluid fluctuation) That went away shortly. It is a fluid pill so you need to take it in the morning because you will go to the bathroom more. If I do not drink plenty of water I will get charlie horses during the night, because of this. I had some break through bleeding, but that also went away. It has been my drug of choice for hair growth. It doesn't stop it , but it does slow it down. Good Luck
