Ovarian drilling is a questionalble and (in my mind) outdated method, which provides temporary improvement in the anovulation caused by PCOS. I did my suggestions in my previous letter: endocrine and metabolic workup and specific treatment. For your endless bleeding (no cycle) your dr should use the method "endometrial build-up".
