Hi Tami
Thanks for replying, I agree there is so much inforamtion it is hard to
sort through. Wow, you are on a very low calorie diet. That seems
almost too low to maintain but if it is working great! What about the
Atkins Diet? I am planning on waiting to get my labs this upcoming
Friday and then proceeding with an endocrinologist. My sugar runs low
not sure about my testosterone yet. Hopefully my doctor can give me
some additional info on friday with my labs, I know I can get my cycles
to come back but I am very concerned about myself metabolically. My
weight concerns me and my lack of energy and the effects all of this wil
have on my health in a few years, I am trying to look at the big
picture! Definitely let me know about the herbs, thanks for the info.
