Don't despair, look for another opinion. Did they do a thorough physical exam on your reproductive organs? Could it be that your body is treating the zygote as a foreign body and is compelled to expell it? There are many reasons why this could be happening, if your doctor isn't giving you any concrete and logical answers, it's time to search for a new one.
