Previous message: Lakefever2: "Re: ortho tri-cyclen" i am a 29 and was suffering with painful ovarian cysts for about 4 months. my last menstrual cycle was on 1/6/03 and soon after my gynecologist diagnosed me with pcos. since my husband and i were hoping to get pregnant this year, she put me on metformin. i'd been taking it for almost 5 weeks when my menstrual cycle started back up again on 4/29/03. will my period be normal from now on? can i count on having a normal pregnancy this time (i have a 4 year old now)? since i haven't been ovulating in all this time, should i be worried about the quality of my eggs? sounds stupid to ask but i'd like to make sure.
