I have heard horror stories about how the pill can cause depression and it can also cause terrible weight gain. I have a very active lifestyle and I eat generally healthy food. I am not insulin resistant. Does anyone have suggestions about taking the pill? Are there success stories with the pill? If so, what was the name of the birth control you used?
