Hi Anna,

Low dosage means 500-850mg/day. Don't put any schedule to becoming pregnant. Metformin exactly helps the problem you have: insulin resistance.You already have more insulin, than normal people have. Why do you plan to go on insulin? About metformin safety and pregnancy loss, there are several answers (including mines) in the archives. For your help
