Hi Anna, As I have steressed in several letters earlier, PCOS is a bunch of symptoms and not everyone has all of them (fortunately). You seem to have PCOS based on your symptoms and lab. values. I think, you would definitely benefit from taking low dose metformin and continuing on it during pgy. Although pregnancy loss may have numerous causes, yours may have been influenced by your insulin resistance. Good luck and inform me about your progress
